Documentation

For Passport - Interserve provides complete passport services within the rules and framework prevailing at the Passport Offices all over the Country. These include:

• Preparation and completion of documentation for all passport services
• Submission of passports applications for fresh passports.
• Renewal of Passports, emigration check and suspension.
• Police clearance certificate.

For Visa - Interserve has fully operational and independent visa departments at all our locations. In particular, units at Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta and Chennai have authorized personnel who can represent the customers in the Consulate or Embassies. We are equipped to service all Visa related matters including:

• Documentation Consultancy for Business Express and H1B
• Preparation and completion of documentation.
• Submission of visa applications.
• Follow up processing
• Collection of visa documents
• Complete and comprehensive visa information in our Visa Manual.

Holiday Charters and Corporate Jets

We appreciate that time can be of critical importance to some of our clients. Interserve has tied up with one of the major suppliers of Charters and private jets to offer excellent and time-saving air travel.

We extend this service to both our corporate and individual clients and ensure that they fly from one remote corner of India to another in the best of comforts.

Every client who signs up for the corporate package would be provided with a dedicated travel manager, on a full time basis, who would be called the 'Onsite Implant' travel manager.

Additional personnel could be provided, on a need based basis to take care of situational requirements, such as passport and visa documentation. We also welcome you to contact anyone of us from the CEO to our junior most staff, who are always happy to be of service to you.

For day to day business we are available during normal working hours. In addition we work upto 8.30p.m. on weekdays for emergency ticketing and are available on all Sundays and public holidays between 11 a.m. and 2 a.m.

In the case of sufficient volume we can provide Implant facility with a dedicated staff, whose responsibility would be to provide dedicated service to our clients.

Interserve offers to host for your guests and/or their spouses, a half day orientation and sightseeing trip of your city. This courtesy has been instituted for our corporate clients.

We also specialise in conducting sightseeing tours for your corporate guests and/or their spouses.

With the explosive growth of the tourism industry worldwide, more and more tourists are visiting newer destinations and countries. Not only foreign tourists, but also a very high percentage of Indian tourists visit different locales in India and avail of the different tours that are available.

English is the language understood by many, but there are many foreign tourists as well as Indians who may not be well conversant with the language ... Again, for an Indian Tourist, the local language or even Hindi may be an alien language.

In view of this situation, we at Interserve have excellent language translation facilities: like well qualified Interpreters, printed matter in most of the important languages of the world are mostly available with us.

Due to ignorance of local customs, rules or even inadvertently, a client may break some rules or laws and get into a legal hassle.

At such times, and in such a situation, the client may not have the expertise, time or money to deal with the problem, We at Interserve are well aware of and prepared for such eventualities. We have a team of legal experts, who deal with the problems and save the client a lot of embarrassment and tension.

Being fully aware of the fact that the customers may be new to the rules and regulations of immigrations, we at interserve are always more than willing to provide you with any immigration related information. Citizens of all countries, except Nepal & Bhutan, are required to carry a valid national passport, any other necessary travel documents and a valid visa granted by Indian Missions abroad for entering India. Nepalese or Bhutanese citizens need no passport or visa but should possess suitable documents for their identification when entering India.
